ROLE OVERVIEW Your responsibilities will include: Working cohesively and with initiative within a multidisciplinary team; Making timely and accurate decisions in critical medical scenarios; Liaising with management, key stakeholders, and all Emergency staff; Supporting management and positively embracing change and new initiatives; Demonstrating clinical expertise and service excellence within a private healthcare emergency setting; Providing patient care in accordance with National Safety and Quality Standards and ACHA policies. REQUIREMENTS Current AHPRA Registration; South Australian DHS Working with Children clearance; Background in Emergency Nursing (minimum 3 years); Must work across all shifts: early and late shifts over a 7-day rotating roster (Nursing hours include several different shifts between the hours of 07:30-24:00); Commitment to Quality Patient Care; Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Works well independently and within a team; Basic computer skills. The facility is equipped with 9 operating theatres, 1 procedure room, 2 angiography labs, a fully staffed emergency department, maternity services, and a 24-bed Level 3 Critical Care Unit.
